Position Summary:

This role will support succession meetings through ownership of key tasks and continuous collaboration with various stakeholders and the succession planning team. The ideal candidate will be passionate and experienced in talent management processes, creating executive level deliverables, and continuous process improvement

Responsibilities

Support the team in the preparation of materials for high-visibility succession planning meetings
Support succession planning meetings through coordination, documentation, and follow-up activities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency throughout the succession planning process
Consolidate talent and workforce data from existing reports into presentation ready formats
Manage a shared email inbox to field incoming requests to provide support to various stakeholders
Maintain data governance standards and maintain document storage of highly confidential information
Prioritize and organize multiple competing demands to ensure projects and tasks are completed on time

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in talent related processes (succession planning, talent review, etc.) strongly preferred
Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite products, specifically: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
Experience with Power Automate and/or Power Apps preferred
Strong attention to detail required
Excellent communication, project and program management skills required
Strong ability to drive process improvement and proactively identify and address needs

Local company seeking an experienced Surveyor / Survey Crew Chief to support a wide range of field survey and land development projects. This role works closely with a Professional Land Surveyor and engineering team to successfully execute survey operations across commercial, governmental, industrial, institutional, recreational, residential, and retail projects.

Key Responsibilities

Perform ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Plot of Highways, Route Surveys, Topographic Surveys, and Construction Staking
