Temporary Warranty Claims Writer opportunity!

Major Responsibilities:

• Review repair documents for multiple accounts on a continual basis
• Process any warrantable documents for warranty submission to the appropriate manufacturers
• Interact with manufacturers and company associates to ensure that claims are processed completely and correctly in a timely fashion
• Engage in analysis when requested
• Provide awareness to any failure trends found through daily processing
• Change between accounts/manufacturers as directed
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor

 Qualifications:

• Critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Diesel mechanic or automotive experience preferred
• MS Office experience (Access is a plus)
• 2 years of prior warranty claim writing experience preferred
• Ability to produce a high volume of work and remain accurate
