Temp to Hire Supply Chain Procurement Administrative Assistant Opportunity!
Role Summary:
The Supply Chain Procurement Administrative Assistant will be responsible for aiding the Supply Chain Team in maintaining the accuracy of the ERP system
Responsibilities:
Use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to perform the following tasks:
- Purchase Orders
- Acknowledgements
- Update or Add Ship/Tracking information in Syteline for use by non-Procurement staff members.
- Clean up existing Past Due lines by updating the system
- Review Receiving Errors Cart to identify Purchase orders that cannot be received in
- Maintain KPI file to monitor Invoicing Error KPI
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including a working knowledge of Excel
- Ability to quickly learn how to interact with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System – Syteline 10 knowledge a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
