DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY - HVAC Project Manager

Essential Job Functions:

• Manage HVAC construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and meets quality standards
• Lead and support foremen and field teams through coaching, performance management, and problem-solving
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure strong communication and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee project documentation and workflows, change orders, schedules, daily logs, and photos
• Maintain job costing, labor management, invoice review, and monthly billing oversight

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC or Mechanical Project Manager, or relevant work experience
• Strong financial and job costing management experience
• Proficiency with ProCore and other construction project management systems is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
