Purchasing Assistant Opportunity!
Project set to last 6 months assisting multiple groups in Production, Supply Chain and Engineering
Essential Job Functions:
- Create and send purchase orders, confirm details with vendors, and log receipts and confirmations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, research new vendors, and resolve issues
- Prepare reports on purchases, costs, and returns
- Updating BOM (Large Qty)
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and ERP systems (JDE experience a plus).
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
