Essential Job Functions:
- Supervises work in accordance with approved drawings and job specifications
- Plan and schedule daily tasks, oversee installations, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Identifies and documents contract variations and notifies Project Manager.
- Troubleshoots challenges and provides solutions.
- Sets daily/weekly production goals and monitors related progress.
- Holds self and crew accountable to the Company’s core values.
- Completes and submits reports, logs, drawing mark-ups, and other related documentation as required.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years supervisory experience
- Journeyman’s license
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and customer service skills
