Payroll and Data Specialist (Part Time) r High-Volume Payroll

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Processor to join our team on a part-time basis.

In this role, the individual will handle high-volume payroll processing with accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness.

What You’ll Do

• Process weekly payroll for a large employee group with precision
• Review and verify time cards, hours worked, and pay adjustments
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage regulations
• Maintain accurate payroll records and reports
• Respond to employee payroll questions in a professional, helpful manner
• Collaborate with the Accounting team on payroll-related matters
• Handle all other payroll related administrative tasks such as verifications, etc.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in payroll processing (volume payroll preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot payroll issues
• Proficiency with computers
