Job Description

Part-Time Bookkeeper/Admin opportunity!

Flexible schedule: 4hrs/day, 2-3 days/week

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including AP and AR
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions
  • Process payroll
  • Prepare and review financial statements
  • Manage daily office operations (scheduling, correspondence, office supplies, etc.)
  • Vendor and service management
  • Order materials and supplies and budget management
  • Experience in bookkeeping and office management, construction experience a PLUS
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks
