Operations Support Specialist Opportunity!

Role Summary:
The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for the daily tracking, reconciling, and preparing and posting general ledger journal entries from interactive teller machine (ITM) transactions and ATM settlements.
Responsibilities:
- Tracks, reconciles, and posts journal entries for daily ITM transactions
- Tracks ATM/ITM cash withdrawals/deposits and reconciles ATM settlements
- Maintains credit card subsidiary schedule and reconciles and researches credit card settlement items
- Reviews and activates/rejects external transfers that exceed risk score threshold
- Processes check payments received via mail and posts to members’ accounts
- Reviews business ACH transactions and assists the business members as needed
- Initiates and verifies wire transfers
- Provides excellent service to members and other employees
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance or at least three years related experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
