Direct Hire Sales Representative opportunity!

Our client is seeking a motivated and customer focused Sales Representative to join their team in the communications systems industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is driven to deliver solutions that help clients improve their communication infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate communication system solutions
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and follow up documentation
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
• Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and competitive offerings

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience, ideally in communications systems, technology, or related industries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly to customers
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Self motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
