HR Coordinator opportunity!

Responsibilities:

• Process bi weekly payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain time and attendance data
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly labor and KPI reports
• Maintain associate records
• Coordinate year end attendance incentives
• Manage requisitions, job postings, and job fair participation
• Coordinate background checks and pre employment testing
• New hire onboarding and orientations
• Coordinate benefits enrollment and support
• Manage documentation for FMLA, short term disability, and other leave
• Maintain confidential files per corporate retention policies
• Assist with facility reporting (safety, headcount, turnover, absenteeism)
• Sort, file, and archive documents

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent specialized training
• 3+ years of related HR or administrative experience
• Knowledge of HR principles and practices
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
