DIRECT HIRE Counter Sales (PLUMBING) opportunity!

A well-established local company is looking for a personable, professional, and knowledgeable Counter Representative to join their team. A background in plumbing is essential for this role!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the service counter, answering their questions and providing product recommendations
• Use plumbing knowledge to assist customers in selecting plumbing parts, tools, and equipment for residential and commercial projects
• Offer technical support by advising on plumbing-related concerns, installations, and repairs
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Assist in managing inventory, restocking shelves, and monitoring product levels

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience, ideally in a trade environment
• Experience in a plumbing supply house or hardware retail environment
• Background or experience in plumbing (either through previous work or technical training)
• Excellent communication and with a customer-first attitude
