CPA firm seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join their leadership team!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review multi-state corporate and individual tax returns
• Research and resolve IRS, state, and local tax issues
• Prepare and supervise review and compilation engagements
• Apply advanced technical skills for assurance engagements and client advising
• Supervise and mentor staff, review staff's documentation/reports, and provide on-the-job training
• Maintain and grow strong client relationships

Qualifications:

• CPA required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 10+ years of public accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and UltraTax
