Bilingual Mortgage Processor opportunity with great local company!
***In-office for approximately 1 month for training. After trained, the role is remote***
Essential Job Functions:
- Collect and review borrower documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Prepare and submit loan files for underwriting
- Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and real estate agents throughout the loan process
- Verify income, assets, credit, and employment information
- Ensure loans comply with program requirements (FHA, PHFA, conventional, and in-house lending products)
- Coordinate closings and prepare closing packages in collaboration with legal/title partners
- Maintain accurate records in the loan origination system
- Support internal reporting and audits
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in mortgage processing, underwriting, or related field
- Bilingual
- Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and loan programs (FHA, PHFA, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
