Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing Data Entry: Receive, review, and process orders from dealers, including verifying pricing and preparing sales orders
• Order Fulfillment Logistics: Coordinate shipment bookings, relay tracking information, resolve invoice discrepancies, liaise with 3PL partners, and maintain accurate shipping reports
• Production Support: Prepare pull packets and print production labels for the production team to ensure seamless workflow
• Vendor Management: Review and approve vendor invoices in a timely manner
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, update systems, and assist with ad hoc sales operations tasks as needed

Qualifications Skills:

• Order fulfillment/logistics experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), QuickBooks, Salesforce, and ability to quickly learn new software applications
• Demonstrates excellent problem solving, communication and organizational skills
• Superior time management and organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities
