Temp to Hire AP/AR Administrative Assistant Opportunity!

Job Purpose:
The position supports multiple departments by organizing and verifying information to accurately manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Gather and enter invoice data into multiple systems
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets
• Organize and file hard copies of data
• Enters and updates information into relevant databases
• Assists with schedule input and communication
• Answers incoming phone calls and addresses accordingly

Qualifications:

• AP/AR experience required (at least 1 year)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communications skills
