Operations Coordinator Opportunity - Potential Temp to Hire!
General Summary: In this role, you’ll keep schedules organized, make sure field staff have the tools and equipment they need, and communicate updates before and after visits. You’ll also track visit completion and help keep the team on schedule.
***This is a 90 day temporary position with potential Temp to Hire***
Responsibilities:
- Communicate regularly with Tooling Support Coordinators, field teams, and leadership
- Share visit results and documentation with the appropriate teams
- Present schedules and schedule changes to SETS and field teams
- Ensure field staff have the tools, parts, and equipment needed for their visits
- Assist with ordering tools and equipment
- Support additional projects and tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of administrative or coordination experience
- Strong phone based customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Basic knowledge of Smartsheet
- Strong organization, time management, and independent work skills
