Bilingual Mortgage Processor opportunity with great local company!

***In-office for approximately 1 month for training. After trained, the role is remote***

Essential Job Functions:

• Collect and review borrower documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Prepare and submit loan files for underwriting
• Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and real estate agents throughout the loan process
• Verify income, assets, credit, and employment information
• Ensure loans comply with program requirements (FHA, PHFA, conventional, and in-house lending products)
• Coordinate closings and prepare closing packages in collaboration with legal/title partners
• Maintain accurate records in the loan origination system
• Support internal reporting and audits

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage processing, underwriting, or related field
• Bilingual
• Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and loan programs (FHA, PHFA, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
