As they continue to grow, they are looking to expand their team with experienced, professional, and customer-focused HVAC/R service technicians!
Position Summary:
As a HVAC/R Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. You’ll also help train apprentices in the field, ensuring quality workmanship and upholding company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed inspections and diagnostics on commercial HVAC/R systems
- Complete repairs and replacements to meet or exceed code requirements
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients
- Manage service parts and materials, maintaining accountability for tools and inventory
- Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices
- Maintain service metrics, including callback ratios
- Handle additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of commercial HVAC/R experience
- EPA Certification
- Strong troubleshooting skills in refrigeration, electrical systems, and ductwork
- Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and GPS technology
- Professional communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- High School Diploma or GED Required, HVAC certification or trade school diploma preferred
- Valid Driver's License
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, On-Call Rotation
