DIRECT HIRE FACILITY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN!
Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Basic carpentry skills for facility repairs
• Basic plumbing and pipe fitting experience to address leaks, clogs, and/or other drainage issues
• Basic electrical wiring capabilities to address facility electrical concerns
• Conduct facility inspections and complete preventive maintenance lists
• HVAC filter changes
• Participates in regular trainings and follows company policies and procedures to provide a safe and healthy work environment
• Advise Facility & Safety Manager of equipment or maintenance concerns regarding the facility
• Perform all other duties as required for business needs
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in facility maintenance and related equipment
• Strong organizational, time management, and reasoning skills
• Ability to focus on tasks, detail oriented
• Positive attitude and self-motivated, shows initiative
• Trade school certification or equivalent on-the-job experience
