Job Description

CONTRACT SUCCESSION PLANNER OPPORTUNITY!

Approximately 1 Year Contract

Position Summary:

The Succession Planning Contractor will support supplemental and annual succession meetings through ownership of key tasks and collaboration with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be passionate and experienced in talent management processes, data analytics, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Support the team in the preparation of materials for high-visibility succession planning meetings
  • Create meeting timelines, communications, and invitations to maintain annual calendar of activities
  • Support facilitation and coordination of in-person meetings with executive audiences
  • Serve as the main point of contact for support with Power Platform applications
  • Mine data, conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, and provide insights to support critical talent decision making
  • Field incoming requests (ex., data & reporting, connecting to development resources) from leadership, as necessary
  • Provide custom reports
  • Own process of critical role candidate slating as job openings occur
  • Create and maintain QRGs, job aids, and procedural training materials for the Talent Management ecosystem

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Industrial Organizational Psychology or Human Resources related degree strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, project and program management skills required
  • Ability to interface with senior leadership
  • Strong data analytics experience required
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI (or related BI tool) strongly preferred
