The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) is responsible for leading and executing the company's U.S. and Canadian sales strategy across direct and distributor channels for a leading This executive drives profitable revenue growth, strengthens key customer and distributor partnerships, and aligns sales execution with overall business objectives. As a member of the leadership team, the CSO partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product, and Supply Chain to ensure scalable, sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a multi-channel sales strategy balancing direct end-user sales and industrial distribution partners.
Lead national direct sales teams and manage key distributor relationships (e.g., large industrial partners).
Drive revenue growth, pricing strategy, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance metrics.
Oversee sales operations including CRM discipline, territory design, compensation plans, and pipeline management.
Recruit, develop, and coach high-performing sales leaders and teams.
Build strong executive-level relationships with strategic customers and distribution partners.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including senior executive responsibility.
Proven success leading both direct and distributor sales models in industrial, B2B, or manufacturing environments.
Strong strategic, financial, and analytical acumen with a track record of profitable growth.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
