DIRECT HIRE Assistant Controller opportunity!

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter end and year-end close across multiple entities
• Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations and consolidations
• Review and process journal entries, account reconciliations and financial statements
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls and compliance
• Coordinate and support audits and tax/stator compliance
• Supervise and develop accounting staff
• Drive process improvements and ERP/reporting enhancements

Competencies and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 7+ years of accounting experience, including manufacturing
• Multi-entity and consolidation experience
• Strong accounting and inventory background
• ERP Experience, Including QuickBooks and Salesforce
• Advanced Excel Skills
