Direct Hire Accounting Clerk opportunity in Hamburg, PA!

Position may be part-time (30 hours/week) or full-time, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, prepare checks and disbursements
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding billing and payments
• Enter financial transactions into accounting software and spreadsheets
• Process daily timesheets, materials, and payroll; assist with payroll tax payments
• Support monthly reconciliations and preparation of financial reports
• Assist with customer invoicing and job costing summaries
• Provide general office support (phones, mail, deposits, supplies management)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; additional accounting education preferred
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, clerical roles
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (Sage 100 experience preferred)
