AP/AR - Accounting Admin opportunity!
Temporary - potential Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Mail checks and complete remote deposits
• Reconcile AP statements and obtain missing documentation
• Contact vendors
• Process invoices
• Answer customer calls and provide administrative support
• Assist with cash reconciliations and cash app duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous AP/AR, accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and accounting software
