We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Processing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll processing, helping to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing administrative support to the HR department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll systems, compliance requirements, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in payroll processing and compliance, preferably in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with payroll software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, with SharePoint a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
