Temp-to-Hire Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Reading, PA!

This is a temp-to-hire role starting at $18/hr, with the opportunity to earn $28/hr if hired on by the company!

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, voicemail, and email
• Resolve customer inquiries, billing issues, and complaints or route them appropriately
• Perform accurate data entry
• Process refunds, account adjustments, and returned mail
• Support billing operations by handling payments, name/address changes, etc.
• Coordinate with internal departments
• Assist with mail distribution and other administrative tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• At least five (5) years of customer service experience in an office setting
• Strong MS Office skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
